Weight Loss Program
Medical weight loss is not surgery or diet pills and it is not about a “quick fix.” Weight loss and weight maintenance is a way of life that will require dedication and motivation. Our program does not focus on just one aspect of weight loss. We take a comprehensive, holistic approach that includes nutrition, exercise, behavioral modification and sometimes medication management if not contraindicated. Each plan is personalized to meet that individual needs.
A typical plan will consist of weekly weigh-ins, measurements, nutrition and exercising planning and weight loss medication. The plan can last 12+ weeks or when the goal has been reached. At that point, you will be transitioned to maintenance follow up care. We are dedicated to help you shed those pounds and feeling great!
