You’ve Got Questions - We’ve Got Answers

I know that choosing a new provider can sometimes be a bit overwhelming. That’s why I want you to rest assured that you’ve chosen well. Below you’ll find answers to some of my patients’ frequently asked questions. I’ve been able to cover quite a few topics, but if there’s something I haven’t touched on, please don’t hesitate to ask.

We accept Medicare, Medicaid, United Health Care (UHC), Magnacare, Cigna, Emblem Health/GHI, Tricare, Amerihealth, Aetna Better Health, Horizon NJ Health and Horizon BCBS at this time. We are out of network with Aetna except for COVID testing. 

Claims will be submitted to the insurance carrier for payment  however that does not mean a guarantee of payment. If for any reason the insurance company denies the claim, it will be the patients responsibility to pay for the services rendered.

No, infusion are not considered medically necessary.

A treatment plan will be discussed with you at your visit to determine what will be best for your needs.

We have reasonable self pay options available. Starting at $50 and up per visit. Flu vaccine $40.
Same day visits are based on availability for the day and medical necessity.

We understand that medical information about you and your healthcare is personal. We are committed to protecting medical information about you. We create a record of the care and services you receive by our medical staff. We need this record to provide you with quality of care and to comply with certain legal requirements. This notice applies to all of the records of your care generated by Keys2Health Wellness Center.

Keys2Health Wellness Center is based out of South Jersey (Mercer County). Our office is located at 2500 Brunswick Ave, Suite 204-205, Lawrence, NJ 08648. We will travel to some parts of Ocean and Mercer County areas for housecalls for those who are deemed housebound.

No, Keys2Health Wellness Center is completely controlled and narcotic drugs free. With the exception of HRT when medically necessary. However, we will connect you with an awesome pain management provider.
We are not an emergency service. However, our staff is available M-F, 9-5 to answer questions and concerns. If certain symptoms indicate a more serious condition of an urgent nature, we will advise the patient to go to the nearest emergency room.
Yes, the office is open and currently seeing patients. The office is disinfected after each patient. Patients are required to wear masks and observe social distancing.Hand sanitizer is available. also remember telemedicine video visit are available.

Yes, telemedicine virtual visits are an option for established patients who can not make it into the office. Video visits are done through Vsee Clinic.

Yes, a $25 cancellation fee will be assessed to your account if a 24 hour notice is not given prior to appointment cancellation or if you do not show up for your scheduled visit.
Yes, We offer COVID Rapid Antigen test with results in 15 minutes. The charge for Rapid antigen test is $100. We also offer COVID PCR testing with 1-3 day turnaround time. We do not do antibody testing at this time.
